Terms and Conditions

                       

                       Minimum order amount is US$1,000 excluding shipping and handling.

                       

                       Payment should be made by money order, bank wire transfer, or major credit cards in advance.

                       

                       All items come in 14K yellow gold with standard sizes, setting with white cubic zirconia,

                       unless otherwise specified.

 

                       Since prices in the proforma invoice are based on London Gold fix on the day of receiving order,

                       payment should be made in 3 days. Otherwise the order will be cancelled automatically.

 

                       The members whose accumulated order amount exceeds US$2,000 are granted to be

                       GOLD MEMBERS, accredited to access to Gold Members' on-line catalog.

 

 

 

                       Shipping and Handling

                      

                       All shipments are made either by UPS / Fedex 2nd day air (no delivery to PO Box)

                       

                       Additional shipping cost is applied to International shipments outside US.

 

                       All orders need 3~4 weeks manufacturing period plus shipping.

 

                       Shipping charges are paid by the customer, not included in the item prices.

 

                       Drop shipping is not available.

 

 

 

                       Return Policy

             

                       If your merchandise is shipped not in perfect condition, please report us within 5 days of order

                       receipt for a return authorization number.

 

                       All defective items must be returned to Trion within 10 days from order receipt. All returns must

                       be in the same condition together with the inovice and packaging as they were sent, unworn and

                       unharmed.

 

                       Before making any merchandise returns, please contact e@trions.com for a return authorization #.

                       Merchandise returned without an authorization # will be refused.

 

                       Special orders are not returnable.

 

                       Report any damages or losses in transit to the carrier immediately. We are not responsible for

                       damages or losses incurred in transit.

 

                       For returned merchandise, we replace them, refund, or credit to your account upon your choice.

 

                       In case of refund to your credit card, the refund will be posted to the original card that was used
